Moxxai LLC ("Moxxai," "we," "our") is a software agency based in San Diego, California. We build custom websites, booking systems, and automation tools for local businesses. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with our services and website (moxxai.com).

• Contact and consultation requests — email address submitted through our consultation form.
• Client business information — business name, address, services, and staff details provided during onboarding.
• End-user data via client platforms — when we build booking or notification systems for client businesses, their customers may provide phone numbers and appointment details to opt in to SMS communications.

We also collect limited technical data automatically (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via standard server logs and analytics tools.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to consultation requests and schedule meetings.
• To deliver and maintain software services for our clients.
• To send SMS appointment confirmations and reminders to end users who have explicitly opted in through a client's booking platform.
• To improve our website and services.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. SMS communications

SMS messages are sent only to individuals who have explicitly opted in through a booking or sign-up form operated by one of our client businesses. Standard message and data rates may apply.

To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. To request help, reply HELP. Opt-out requests are processed immediately.

5. Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide services or as required by law. Email addresses collected through our consultation form are retained until you request removal. Client business data is retained for the duration of our engagement and deleted upon written request after termination.

6. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate our business: Twilio (SMS delivery), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), and Supabase (database). Each provider has its own privacy policy governing their handling of data. We do not authorize these providers to use your data for their own purposes.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at mox@moxxai.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request deletion.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected with an updated effective date above. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
